The balcony sits behind the arcade of the 1892 facade. A row of tall arches opens onto Breedestraat, the painted merchant houses stand opposite, and the whole of Punda moves along the street below.

The balcony rooms have the largest bathrooms in the house. The shower is lined in majolica from floor to ceiling, the basin sits on oak, and the mirror is the same arched shape you meet all over the building.
