• Reservation requests: your name, email address, phone number, arrival and departure dates, number of guests, room preference, and any special requests you enter.
• Newsletter: your email address, only if you choose to subscribe.
• Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) kept by our hosting provider for security and performance.
• Optional analytics: if you consent, aggregated, non-identifying usage statistics (see "Cookies" below).

§ 02How we use it

• To process and respond to your reservation request and arrange your stay.
• To contact you about your booking (confirmation, changes, arrival logistics).
• To send occasional updates and offers, only if you have opted in, you can unsubscribe at any time.
• To keep the website secure and improve it.

§ 03Legal basis

We process reservation data to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and to fulfil it. Marketing emails are sent on the basis of your consent. Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation applies, these are our lawful bases.

§ 04Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, our website host (Vercel), our email provider, and any payment processor used at the hotel, and only as needed to deliver the service. We may disclose data where required by law.

§ 05Cookies

This site uses only the cookies and local storage strictly necessary to remember your language choice and run the booking form. We do not load advertising or third-party tracking cookies by default. If optional analytics are ever enabled, they will only run after you give consent through the on-site notice, and you can decline.

§ 06Retention

We keep reservation data for as long as needed to manage your stay and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise it. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

§ 07Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email reservations@majesticcitypalace.com.

§ 08Children

This website is intended for adults making travel arrangements. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

§ 09Changes

We may update this policy. The current version always lives at this address.
